The Grand Tee Bazaar operates as an online retail marketplace offering original and independent artist–designed apparel and related products.
Our website is hosted on Wix, and all products are printed and fulfilled by Printify and their trusted production partners.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of those updates.
2. Eligibility
To use our Site or make a purchase, you must be:

Using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our Site.
3. Products and Orders
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. Because items are made to order through Printify, small variations in color, design placement, or size may occur. These differences are natural and not considered defects.
We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or account;

Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Once an order has been submitted, it is automatically routed for fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or promotional offers at any time.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments, depending on your checkout method. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Fulfillment and shipping are managed by Printify and its production partners.
Shipping times and costs depend on your location, product type, and production schedule. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available). The Grand Tee Bazaar is not responsible for delivery delays, customs holds, or carrier-related issues outside of our control.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damaged, defective, or misprinted products.
If your order arrives with a quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thegrandteebazaar.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will coordinate with Printify to replace or refund the affected item.
We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or slight color differences between digital previews and printed items.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, original artwork, stories, and product designs — is the intellectual property of The Grand Tee Bazaar, its licensors, or the independent artists who contribute to the platform. All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any Site content without prior written permission from the rightful owner, except as permitted under applicable law (e.g., fair use).
Independent Artist Content
The Grand Tee Bazaar proudly features artwork and designs submitted by independent artists.
Artists retain ownership of their original creations but grant The Grand Tee Bazaar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, market, and sell products featuring their work on our Site and related platforms.
By submitting content, artists confirm that:

They own or have the legal right to all materials submitted;

Their content does not infringe on any third-party rights; and

They grant us permission to use their designs for marketing, display, and product fulfillment.
If any submission is found to violate third-party rights, The Grand Tee Bazaar reserves the right to remove the content and take appropriate action.

Some designs and stories on our Site may reference or be inspired by popular culture, mythology, history, or other creative works. These are intended as transformative or parody-based expressions.
We do not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or characters. All such rights remain the property of their respective owners and are used for artistic or commentary purposes only.
